of stars and starlets

There are just so many artists and actors and actresses from everywhere, of all ages now. So many people you could make into an idol. Not to mention boys who probably hasn't even hit puberty (cough). Female artists who sing the same pop songs, and at the same time are different because they like metal. Okay sure, I get it. You're all different.

... which pretty much defines similar.

All of you started from nothing, you all worked hard, went to auditions, never gave up. All of you are 'you-can-make-me-into-an-idol' material. All of you are just the same!
Countless interviews I have watched, and mostly all of them say the same things. Different, but really, same.

Could they really be made into idols? Let's see what they teach us.

Well the main thing they teach us (songs, tv shows, movies etc.), people who wear glasses, t-shirts and sneakers are not made to be attractive. Anyone who likes Nirvana is an outsider. Fat people are ugly. Oh and everyone roots to be different.

Every cheerleader in the world must be hated. That is what is being promoted (and mostly by female teen artists. Yes, you have not said it openly and screamed into the world that you dislike the cheerleaders, very SWIFT of you I must say, but we do get your point.
Well, imagine how the cheerleaders must feel.
Does not that make you the same as the cheerleaders?

Being judged simply because they are popular, pretty, mostly blonde, oh and you like cheerleading. In a more simple statement, being judged simple by your looks and interests.
Have you ever known them more than the person they are outside?

In magazines, it is okay to be fat. Just stay healthy. Be confident. Be yourself. Beauty lies in the inside but why are all the models in the mag thin? And have abs?
Mags, photoshop and airbrush are evil little bitches, but what'd the front cover use? Natural makeup?

I question, why does Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez etc say mostly the same thing over and over again?
And then they reveal flaws.
... which are not really flaws, but something that could make them a little more cuter.
What is the world actually trying to teach us?

But I have found one person who I admire, who really is different. American Idol's Siobhan Magnus has caught my attention.

But really. The conclusion is. We should all be thin, sing the same songs and be different being liking the same weird things.

And hate all the cheerleaders! Because we don't know them.

Au revoir
