K-Pop

I've been so into K-pop lately. I still remember those days I used to say K-pop is not the of stuff I would listen to. But well, people change... I guess.

After (being forced) to watch Boys Over Flowers, I downloaded a few songs and the songs that're stuck in my head nowadays, are Korean. I don't even understand Korean. Can't even remember the lyrics. Oh wait, except for the chorus of Sorry Sorry.

Boys Over Flowers is actually a pretty good show. I was screaming and crying and laughing while watching. It ain't the first Korean episode I watched though, the first being My Girl. Which wasn't so bad, but I find BOF more enjoyable.

I was attracted to Yi Jeong (Kim Beom) at first (second from left), he is just so frickin' cute and I absolutely adored him, despite him being a player in the show. When he smiled all I could do was scream in silence.
But then, Ji Hoo (Hyun Joong), the first from the right cut his hair and he looked so hot, I had my mouth hanging open.

And I started liking Hyun Joong, and so I started watching Playful Kiss, a drama that aired just this year. The ratings weren't as high as the producers expected, but who cares. Playful Kiss is based on a Japanese manga and there are other versions of it (Taiwanese etc.).

A high school girl named Oh Ha Ni who is in the bottom of her class has had a crush on popular and genius male student named Baek Seung-jo) ever since she saw him on the first day of high school. Ha Ni decides to confess through a letter, but is rejected by Seung-Jo, who tells her that he hates stupid girls. Fate intervenes when a mild earthquake ruins Ha Ni's family's new house. While the house gets rebuilt, Ha Ni and her dad (Kang Nam Gil) stay at the home of her dad's childhood friend, who happens to be Seung-Jo's father. Now the two must live together and fun and chaos occurs as Ha Ni tries to win Seung-Jo's heart.

Hyun Joong was just so so handsome in there. I don't think I would've watched to show if it wasn't for him to be honest.
So anyway, one of the soundtracks for the show was Kiss Me - G.NA. And I started to like G.NA. And the main reason why I'm actually posting this is to share this video: (she looks so bad with blonde hair though D:
