I was at the bank to set up an account. And I dropped the dentist appointment card on the receptionist's desk. I was about to walk out the door when,
"Ms. Nurul Farhana?" I turned and saw the card. Walked back to take it, said thank you and left the bank. Embarassing.
So anyway, I was walking along a street and I saw a little girl. She stared at me with big brown eyes. So I waved at her. And she stared at me. She was walking while holding her mother's hand. She then looked at her mother.
Meanwhile, her mother was on the phone talking to her lawyer... "Can we possibly change the date? I am just so busy this week. And my kids - they've got so many activities as well. My so-called husband is being ignorant AS USUAL..."
The little girl's mother's lawyer rubbed her forehead trying to think. She can't think, after having only 3 hours of sleep and waking up late in the morning, and in the rush forgetting to drink her daily coffee. She glanced at her daughter who had to come along with her to work.
"Does the texting never end?" the lawyer thought.
The little girl's mother's lawyer's daughter laughed at a text message her crush just sent her.
"He is sooo hilarious. Is he flirting with me? OH GOSH, I have got to tell my super duper best friend. He is so flirting with me!"
The little girl's mother's lawyer's daughter's crush rolled his eyes.
"This girl obviously likes me. She probably thinks I like her as well. Girls. Typical."
He then called his best friend - Aiman - to join him play Call of Duty.
The little girl's mother's lawyer's daughter's crush's best friend was getting ready to go out.
"Whoops, almost forgot. I need to call my sister" He dialed the number.
"Akak, I'm going out" He hung up and went out.
The little girl's mothers's lawyer's daughter's crush's best friend's sister rolled her eyes.
"I hope he didn't forget to wash the dishes. Mom'll go ballistic." She continued walking and glanced at the little girl.
"Kids, they think I want to kidnap them or something".
