I like swimming, as well as running. You know that feeling when your muscles hurt but you keep on going anyway and the pain will seem to go away because you get used to it. I like it.
But then after a while your body will beg you to stop because it just can't take the pain anymore.
Isn't that how it is with life? You get used to the pain, but at some point you just crash down. It's too much to handle.
I swam 8 laps today. I think it's probably the first form of exercise I had after a couple of months. It's that bad. I feel healthy lol.
